Yes happy with Idopathic. Initially daily stretching to calves and hamstrings; core stability and balance exercises, (the majority ideally through play). Trial for 8 weeks. If this didn't increase DF (KE and KF) then casting with post casting rehab. If no ASD/reduced cognition and compliance with stretching, and buy-in from parents then with both stretching and casting exercises the success is high. Success would be measured as reduced pain and discomfort and incresed DF to PG. Adult with treatment - maintenance of flexibility in calves and hamstrings. With no treatment - tightness leading to muscle imbalance reduced global balance issues, uneven gait and injury. Possible release of Achilles needed.
